Aluminum windows doors quality control process

We all know achieving high quality is essential. But how do you ensure consistent quality throughout production? We'd like to share our strict quality control process with you to give you a better understanding of how we maintain excellence.

First point: Verify the order details

Check the order NO., customer name, product series, dimension and quantity are consistent with sticked production order on windows or doors

Second point: Inspect the paint finish for consistency and uniformity.

1.Check the internal color and external color are consistent.

2.No color difference (People stand 1meter far away to see if have color different)

3.If is wooden pattern color (unclear grain, scratches, uneven spraying, pitting, paint peeling or discoloration is not allowed)

Third point：Examine the frame and sash joints for proper alignment, gap control, and absence of defects.

1.45 degree splicing without gaps, burrs, distortions, misalignments, unevenness, glue leakage.

2.90 degree required hole positions should be aligned with each other, and allow movements should not exceed 0.5mm

3.The screen without dents, deformations, paint peeling, uneven pressure lines

Fourth point: Inspect the aluminum frame and glass for scratches, dents, blemishes, and unevenness. 

1.The aluminum frame and glass are clean, without the scratches, deformations, bumps, uneven spraying on appearance.

2.The glass surface should be clean and free of dirt (No scratch) 

3.The glass splicing gap of grips not exceed 0.5 mm, when more than 2 panels, the alignment difference of the grids not exceed 5mm

Fifth point: Examine the hardware components for completeness, proper installation, and absence of defects. 

1.All hardware should be checked and complete 

2.The appearance without scratches, deformations, discoloration. 

3.Take trial installation test during inspection
